I have been in the health and fitness industries managing my own businesses for over 13 years and I bring with me first-hand knowledge and experience with; nutrition coaching, physique transformation, strength and conditioning training and Yogilates. I personally know the demands that a corporate career places on your mental outlook, physical fitness and balancing the relationships with family and friends, and most importantly staying connected to yourself. With years of ‘juggling all’ rather than mastering ‘what matters’ I am testimony that to improve the quality of your life you need to improve the fuel you feed your body and mind. The remedy for a better life lies in your nutrition, and having experienced this learning curve myself has created my passion and drive to teach others Metabolic Precision nutrition.
